Investigation and inspection
: (1) The Commission shall conduct necessary investigation and inspection regarding whether the licensee has acted in accordance with this Act, the rules, regulations, guidelines or standards made under this Act and other prevailing laws or the conditions determined at the time of granting the license. or can cause.
(2) During investigation and inspection according to sub-section (1), accounts, records, details, etc. may be demanded from the person who has received the permit or investigation and inspection may be carried out on site.
(3) According to sub-section (1) or (2), the officer or employee who conducts investigation and inspection shall prepare a report and submit it to the Commission and based on such report, the Commission may issue necessary orders and instructions to the person who has obtained the relevant permit.
(4) If the permit holder does not comply with the orders and instructions given in accordance with sub-section (3), the commission may fine the permit holder in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 19.
